Prepare Your Package
Place the items inside the original shoebox and shipping carton, ensuring the protective sole film is intact and all packaging materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid courier label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method once inspected by our quality team.
